Rub My Feet...Oh please !  Wed, Jan 20, 2010, 6:30 to 9:30pm, St Albert, AB, $60 per person.Join Val Whitehead and Laurie McClelland for a 3 hour informative, relaxing, fun workshop where you get to give and receive a reflexology session which we like to call a 'Foot Rub'. You will go home feeling like you've been to the spa AND you will have tools to use your new skills with family and friends. No experience or knowledge of Reflexology is required. We provide all the stuff (comfy blankets, lounge chair, muffins, tea etc). Pre-registration is necessary.

Shimmy & Shake the Tribal Dance Way - with Andrea Wilson Wed, Jan 27, 2010, 6.30 to 8.30 pm, St Albert, AB, $25. We had such a great time with Andrea in September that the group unaminously asked her to come back again. This time Andrea will let us in on the secrets behind some of belly dancing's signature moves - the belly rolls, undulations and shimmies. We'll put that together with some tribal-style moves and then we'll dance ! No experience or costumes needed - just attitude ! Pre-registration is necessary. REGISTER

Meditation - Listening to the Quiet Voice Within Wed, Feb 3, 2010, 6.30 to 8.30 pm, St Albert, AB, $20 Laurie and Val will share their different styles of meditation by exploring guided visualization, mantras, movement and sound. No experience required and there will be seating available for your comfort. Pre-registration is necessary. REGISTER
