An ancient science based on the artful application of gentle pressure on the reflex areas in the body which can be found on the scalp, face, ears, hands and feet.
What is Ayurvedics?
Ayurveda is known as the 'science of life' and is the traditional system of medicine of India, which dates back thousands of years. The Sanskrit root ayu means "life," and veda means "pure knowledge."
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

What should I bring to a Rub My Feet...Oh please ! workshop?
Nothing. Everything is provided including blankets, towels, creams, water, tea and a comfy lounge chair.
What should I bring to a Crystal & Tibetan Bowl Meditation?
If you are going to lie on the floor, bring a warm mat to lie on with blankets and pillows, and water to drink. If you are going to sit, a blanket. The body temperature lowers as one goes deeper into meditation so bring items for 'warmth' - just in case.
What should I wear?
Be comfortable. Wear loose clothing.
